Those of you who know Curtis, know he means business. Demolition is almost done and we are now working on our permit. A few issues always come up when working with an older property. Our first is that there is no official record of where the septic tank is and no one currently living knows either. The nice side of that is we have had the chance to talk to our neighbors and some long time residents and heard some great stories! However the septic guy is coming out today to send a camera down the line to figure out where things are. Sounds like fun! Here are some demo pictures. Interestingly enough, it looks like there had been a door where we want to go through the wall. Great minds think alike!
